Anxiety Disorder Self Help

The anxiety disorder self help technique using the emotion code is one of the best alternative healing modalities anyone can use to address any emotional imbalance. If you are struggling with anxiety and anxiety-related issues, releasing negative trapped emotions can help you.

Did you know that over 26 billion of American adults suffering from anxiety don't seek help?

The major cause of anxiety is negative trapped emotions, negative programs and limiting beliefs.

I have seen it first hand on myself and my clients how quickly this technique can work and how fast emotional balance can be restored.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) affects 6.8 million adults in the USA and women are two times more likely to be affected than men (ADAA, 2016). This condition manifests itself by feeling a persistent sense of worry that has not real cause or even reason to exist.

If you are in this state of anxiety, you expect the worst, even when there is no reason to worry.

Images of fear and worst case scenarios accumulate in your mind within seconds and you feel overpowered by a sense of apprehension that cannot be explained.

You may anticipate disaster at every corner of your life experience and are overly concerned about your health, family, work, friends, safety, etc. Not everybody that feels anxious has this condition, but over time anxiety can become a chronic issue if not properly addressed.

NOTE: If you find it difficult to control your worries on a daily bases, it would be wise to speak to your doctor.

Stress, Panick Attacks and Anxiety Life Cycle

When you are under stress, you may also feel anxious and unable to see the positive things in life. Your mind sees life unilaterally, as if no other possible option were available to you.

Your body is bathed in the chemicals of stress and anxiety within seconds of you thinking those thoughts. Your palms begin to sweat, your throat closes up, your heart rate becomes elevated and you  cannot think straight. All is gray and life has no color anymore.

This is the description of a panic attack. For most people this moment passes and the emotional stress and anxious feelings go away.

For those who have anxiety, this is their normal emotional state.

If you have anxiety disorder, a overwhelming sense of panic overpowers you without apparent cause almost daily.

Free Yourself From Anxiety

Over time this state becomes your new normal and you forget what it's like to be happy. You forget that anxiety is running your life and you feel that this is your normal way of existing.

When you are in this state, your body's chemistry is flooded with negative emotions and overwhelm on a daily bases and you don't know how to control your emotions anymore.

It's now becoming a habit. Your body reacts this way in automatic. That's why you need the emotion code as your anxiety disorder self help technique in order to identify and release the negative feelings as they arise.

People may say to you: "Relax, what's the big deal? Quit being so negative! Cheer up!" Meanwhile, you are thinking in your mind: "Why are you not worried? Why don't you feel that this may lead to a bigger problem? Why are you always so careless?"

You have trained your body to think and feel in a negative way. Every outside event triggers an inner body response of panic anxiety and fear.

Step One

The first step in releasing your anxiety disorder is to use a self help technique that really works for you.

Please, understand that the journey of healing from anxiety involves the removal of any trapped emotions that cause anxiety in the first place.

This is done by asking the subconscious mind, through muscle testing, if there are any trapped emotions that are causing your anxiety. We can also ask at what age the trapped emotions was created in your life and where it is trapped in your body.

What most people discover by using this method is that the emotions that created their anxiety  were trapped when their were children or even while still in the womb. Often time they absorbed the negative trapped emotions from their mother during pregnancy. In other cases, the emotions where absorbed as children.

Inherited trapped emotions can also play a role in anxiety and are often a contributing factor to those people who have a predisposition to anxiety and depression. People can are born carrying a negative trapped emotion they inherited form an ancestor. releasing this negative emotion is vital to restore emotional balance.

Other people experience "emotional resonance", which is a negative trapped emotion that is not theirs, but they are so emphatic that they vibrate in emotional  resonance with someone else in their life, like a parent, a spouse, a sibling, a friend or a co-worker.

Step Two

The next step is to remove the Heart Wall. Over ninety percent of the population has a Heart Wall. Every person I have ever worked with so far has had a Heart Wall, including children.

The Heart Wall is a protective mechanism during which your subconscious mind uses negative trapped emotions you have created throughout your life and uses the energy they carry to build an energy wall around your heart.

The problem with this situation is that you cannot give and receive love, and most importantly, you cannot give love to yourself. In people who have developed anxiety, the heart wall is most likely a factor. They have recurring and self-limiting thoughts of self-abuse through negative self-talk that contribute to sustain the anxiety.

For people with anxiety, the negative though create the negative feelings, which in turn condition the body to stay in a constant state of alert and worry. It becomes a vicious cycle from which you cannot escape unless you release the heart wall.

The Heart Wall is a prison for your heart, preventing you from giving and receiving loving energies, like acceptance, gratitude, joy, courage, etc. Without those positive emotions, how can you see life in a positive way. The heart wall keeps you away from the best experiences in your life.

You know you have a heart wall if:

  • You feel isolated from people
  • You cannot connect with people in a deeper way
  • You are afraid of letting people know your real self
  • You are unable to find love
  • You prefer to keep your thoughts and ideas to yourself

The Heart Wall can also cause physical issues that do not respond well to medical treatments like:

  • Heart pain
  • High blood pressure
  • Asthma  or breathing issues
  • Back pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Neck pain
  • Breast Issues (women)

Step Three

Learn how to use the emotion code for yourself. The least step in using the emotion code as your anxiety disorder self help technique is to keep using it all the time, especially when life challenges arise. Because life continues to give you opportunities to grow through challenges, you need to continue to stay on top of your journey. So having a session with a practitioner of the Emotion Code can be ideal to begin with but eventually, my advise is to learn muscle testing and use the emotions code for yourself and your family.

The best part of using the emotion code is that you do not need to rehash your past or re-live the traumatic event to release the trapped emotions. Trapped emotions do not serve your highest good, they create energy blocks that slow down your self-expression in life.

Today, it can be the last day you allow anxiety to slow you down and deprive you of your emotional strength. Make a decision to work on becoming emotionally fit and create a new life.
